The steak restaurant "Bisteccheria INTORNO Steak & Bar Ginza Tokyo" will open on October 27th in Ginza, Tokyo.

Bisteckeria is an Italian steakhouse. The restaurant offers a "Florence style" with bone-in meat (T-bone) that is simply baked at high temperature and traditional Italian vegetable dishes, with a New York taste. It is said that you can eat "prime grade" black Angus beef and Japanese black beef from Kagoshima prefecture together with 3 kinds of salt and olive oil.

The side menu and a la carte are "Italian x New York taste". Prosciutto (raw ham) cut after ordering, antipasto with plenty of fresh vegetables, dolce, etc. will be prepared.
