"ALEXANDER'S STEAKHOUSE" opens in Japan

The luxury steak restaurant "ALEXANDER'S STEAKHOUSE", which has its head office in California, USA, will land in Japan in early November. The first store opens in Shiodome, Tokyo.

Since its opening in 2005, Alexander's Steakhouse has won numerous awards, including winning one Michelin star for the third consecutive year since 2011, and is used by many celebrities.

It has the largest aging equipment in the United States in the store and is particular about "28 days aging". In Japan, dishes using carefully selected ingredients such as branded beef procured by air, meat, fish, and vegetables will be offered. The dessert cotton candy "Happy End" is also a specialty.
