A new product "Baked Cheese Tart" is on sale at 7-ELEVEN stores in the Tokyo metropolitan area (excluding some stores). The price is 149 yen (tax included).

With the cheese tart boom of the last few years, original cheese tarts have been released by convenience stores, but as far as I can remember, they are the first to appear at 7-ELEVEN. Expectations rise.


The surface that has been burnt to a golden color is cracked and uneven. Each one has a different look.


The outer tart dough has a crispy cookie-like texture. The butter flavor is rich, and the slightly salty taste enhances the aroma.

Personally, I felt it was the most delicious convenience store cheese tart I had ever eaten.
