Hana Kobe is a pure rice daiginjo made from 100% of the original rice "Hakutsuru Nishiki" cultivated in Hyogo prefecture. Using a lapis lazuli bottle inspired by the sea of Kobe, which is the stage of the story, the label is designed with the motif of "violet" flowers, named after the heroine.
