Junmai Ginjo Father Hiroshi Vintage 2022" and "Junmai Daiginjo Father Hiroshi Vintage 2022", a collaboration sake between the anime "Chibimaruko-chan" and Hatsugame Brewery, are now available for pre-order at the Sake-tachi Online Shop. Both have a content of 720 ml.

On June 4, Nexus will release a new edition of sake 2022, a collaboration between Hatsugame Brewery, one of Shizuoka Prefecture's leading long-established sake breweries, and "Chibi Maruko-chan," a nationally popular anime series based in the prefecture, which had been difficult to obtain due to a flood of orders since pre-orders began last year. To commemorate Father's Day, which is celebrated on the third Sunday of June every year, two types of sake have been planned for this year: Junmai Ginjo Father Hiroshi Vintage 2022 and Junmai Daiginjo Father Hiroshi Vintage 2022.

Junmai Ginjo Father Hiroshi Vintage 2022 was carefully brewed by hand using water, rice, and yeast from Shizuoka, the setting of the original story. The refreshing aroma and gentle sweetness from the sake rice "Honorifuji" spread in the mouth. The original label features "Hiroshi enjoying sake with sashimi of tuna from Shizuoka Prefecture" behind "Mount Fuji," which is synonymous with Shizuoka Prefecture, "the first sunrise of the year," and "a turtle designed by Ms. Momoko Sakura" to give it a unique Hatsukame Brewing flavor. The set comes with a paper box with a similar design. The price is 3,300 yen (tax included, same below).

Junmai Daiginjo Chichi Hiroshi Vintage 2022

Aoyama, a rare rice called "the diamond of sake rice," is lavishly polished and carefully brewed by hand. The aroma is reminiscent of tropical fruits, and the rich sweetness spreads in the mouth. The original label features a design of Hiroshi dressed in kimono, inspired by his travels, enjoying sake with sashimi of tuna and bonito from Shizuoka Prefecture. Fuji" is foil-stamped on the label, and together with the original wooden box, it further enhances the sense of luxury.
