The "Thick Sliced Blade Steak Fair" has been held since September 21st at each of the steak and hamburger specialty stores "Steak Gusto". Limited time until December 21st (planned).

What is offered is a thick-sliced steak using the rare part "Blade steak" that only 1% can be taken from one cow (about 500 kg). The blade steak is very soft because it does not move much, and it is characterized by the meat quality of lean meat with a moderate amount of sashimi. You can enjoy the light taste and the original taste of meat.

All come with a "healthy salad bar" where you can eat more than 20 kinds of salads, curries, soups, desserts, breads, etc.
