"Natural beef steak from Uruguay" is now available. Natural beef grown in the wilderness of Uruguay has a lot of lean meat and low calories. This steak is served in "thick slices" because it does not use growth hormone and the individual cows are small.

Characterized by firm meat quality, it has an elastic texture. It is provided with the recommended "medium well" roasting. In addition, "dry salsa sauce" is also provided separately, and you can choose your favorite sauce from the sauce bar.

In addition to the "Uruguayan Natural Beef Steak" separately, a combination with chicken rill and a combination with Hokkaido scallop grill are also available.
