"Beef fist hamburger" has been a popular steak gust menu since its introduction, and was sold out last year (2020). This time, in response to many voices wishing for a resurrection, the hamburger steak will be reprinted and sold with a power-up that allows you to feel the "umami of meat".


By using two types of grinding of lean meat, the feeling of coarse grinding is further improved. In addition, the taste of the meat itself is enhanced by adding rock salt without using any binder. And it is finished juicy by slowly baking the surface.
