"EBISU FOOD HALL", a food space where four stores gather in one place, will open in Ebisu, Tokyo on September 22nd.

There are four types of stores, "home-roasted coffee," "bakery," "gourmet salad," and "bar." It has an eat-in space of 117 seats and has an open design with the concept of "New Food Hall of NY style".

The outline of each store is as follows. (The listed price does not include tax)

◆ Home-roasted coffee


Freshly ground coffee roasted by the machine in the store, such as "Ebisu Blend" (270 yen), is offered. Business hours are from 7:00 to 23:00, To go is possible.

◆ Bakery


Approximately 30 types are always lined up, including "Pandomi" (420 yen per loaf), from hard to sweets. Business hours are from 8:00 to 22:00, and To go is possible.

◆ Gourmet salad


A shop of colorful deli and "signature salad". "2 deli dishes & signature salad plate" (980 yen) will be offered. Business hours are from 10:00 to 22:00, and To go is possible.

◆ Bar


"Jamon Iberico Bejota", which is said to be the highest peak of prosciutto, and fresh oysters, along with reasonable wine (glasses from 390 yen). Business hours are from 16:00 to 23:00.
