This is a blueberry-flavored cake dough that is finished by squeezing a whipped cream that combines "kiri" cream cheese and Hokkaido cream in the center. It is topped with blueberry pulp. Blueberry sauce is included in the cream, so you can enjoy a refreshing taste that is easy to eat even in the summer.
