"BAKE CHEESE TART", a store specializing in freshly baked cheese tarts, opens for the first time in the Tama area. On August 5, it will open on the 1st floor of GranDuo Tachikawa, a department store directly connected to JR.

The "freshly baked cheese tart," which sells 20 million pieces a year, features a well-balanced mixture of double-baked crispy cookie dough and carefully selected cheese. It is baked according to the order at the store integrated with the workshop. The price is 216 yen (tax included).

The store is particular about the ingredients and details as well as the raw materials for cheese tart, such as the pedestal of the tart stand made of Oya stone and the counter that combines the folding boxes made of copper plate. It seems that they are aiming for a store space where purchasing tart is a little extraordinary and fun.

The store is located on the 1st floor of Grand Duo Tachikawa, 3-2-1 Shibasaki-cho, Tachikawa-shi, Tokyo (inside JR Tachikawa Station). Business hours are from 10:00 to 21:00.
