Hoshino Resorts RISONARE Yatsugatake (Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture) is a handmade cake shop "Yatsugatake Farmers Cake". Here, you can buy exquisite sweets that are packed with "natural taste".

The most popular is "baked cheesecake". A cake made with plenty of cream cheese made from Yatsugatake plateau milk. There are various flavors such as matcha, strawberry, and blueberry. However, I recommend plain cheesecake. It's insanely rich and delicious!

◆ Too rich cheesecake

Whole cakes for To go are also on sale, but my recommendation is the "baked cheesecake set (with drinks)" (860 yen including tax) that you can enjoy at the cafe. A plain baked cheesecake topped with whipped cream and berry sauce and served with ice cream.


The moist baked baked cheesecake crumbles when you put it in your mouth and slowly melts when you chew it. The deep richness of cheese, the slight sweetness, and the refreshing acidity fill your mouth. It is a taste that directly conveys the strength of milk.
