Gorgeous like a sunflower
"~ Midsummer Sunflower ~ Plenty of Orange Cheese Tart" will be on sale from August 1st to August 31st at each PABLO store specializing in freshly baked cheese tarts. The price is 1,800 yen (tax included).
This is a cheese tart dough layered with blood orange crush jelly and custard cream from Sicily, Italy, topped with orange like petals. Caramelized almonds are placed in the center of the cheese tart to make it look like a sunflower.
You can enjoy the exquisite contrast between the acidity of blood orange jelly and the sweetness of custard cream, and the cool taste of orange. The size is about 15 cm in diameter.
