Freshly baked cheese tart specialty store Pablo Mini will start selling a palm-sized small cheese tart called "Pablo Mini Uji Matcha" on May 1 for a limited time. The crispy tart is filled with cheese dough and baked until slightly charred, creating a delicious Japanese taste.

Pablo Mini Uji Green Tea

The Pablo Mini Uji Green Tea is a crispy tart filled with cheese dough and baked until slightly charred. The top is filled with a special an (sweet bean paste) mixture of Uji green tea and white bean paste. The mellow aroma of Uji matcha, characterized by its slightly bitter and mildly sweet taste, offers an exquisite combination of Japanese and Western delicacies.

The "Pablo Mini Uji Green Tea" measures approximately 6.5 cm in diameter and is priced at 300 yen (tax included). It will be sold at all two Pablo Mini stores (Wing Shinbashi store and LaLaport Izumi store) and all one Pablo store (Shinsaibashi main store).
