PABLO mini, a freshly baked cheese tart specialty store, will sell "PABLO mini - Sakura Mochi", perfect for spring, from March 1 to April 30. The price is 300 yen (tax included).

PABLO mini - Sakura Mochi

PABLO mini, a palm-sized cheese tart (approx. 6.5 cm in diameter), is now available in a Sakura Mochi flavor. The gorgeous aroma of cherry blossoms spreading lightly and the elegant salty taste of cherry leaves are combined with chewy gyuhi to create an image of sakura mochi.

The cheese tart is made by pouring cheese dough into a crispy tart and baking it until it is slightly browned. The tart is topped with a layer of gyuhi and filled with cherry blossom paste sprinkled with cherry leaves from Izu, Shizuoka Prefecture.

It is served with a special cherry blossom pick that sparkles to celebrate graduation and entrance into school. The cherry blossom petal picks will be replaced by regular picks as soon as they are gone.
