"Ippudo Stand" where you can drink sake
Ippudo's new format

The "Ippudo Stand" where you can drink sake will open in Hamamatsucho, Tokyo on July 15th. You can enjoy not only ramen but also delicious sake and snacks with sake.

The sake is selected by "Hakata Sumiyoshi Sake Sales Main Store" in Fukuoka City, which advocates a new standard of "modern and classic rules" for selecting sake. You can enjoy 4 kinds of "Matsu no Tsukasa (Shiga)", "Toichi (Saga)", "Aramasa (Akita)", and "Mita (Fukuoka)" for 500 yen (tax included).

In addition to the tofu and paste from Fukuoka's tofu shop "Mamefuji," the lineup of snacks that serve sake includes "olive and pickled miso-zuke" and "spicy cucumber." "Sugar Nibunnoichi Noodles," which has become a hot topic at the Lumine Est Shinjuku store, is also available, which can reduce the amount of sugar to half that of regular Hakata thin noodles.

The store is located on the 1st floor of Mast Life Daimon / Hamamatsucho, 1-27-6 Hamamatsucho, Minato-ku, Tokyo.
