You can enjoy 4 kinds of "Matsu no Tsukasa (Shiga)", "Toichi (Saga)", "Aramasa (Akita)", and "Mita (Fukuoka)" for 500 yen (tax included).

In addition to the tofu and paste from Fukuoka's tofu shop "Mamefuji," the lineup of snacks that serve sake includes "olive and pickled miso-zuke" and "spicy cucumber." "Sugar Nibunnoichi Noodles," which has become a hot topic at the Lumine Est Shinjuku store, is also available, which can reduce the amount of sugar to half that of regular Hakata thin noodles.
