This is a "volume-up" of Lotteria's signature product, "Exquisite Cheeseburger." The hamburger patty weighs about 1.5 times the exquisite cheeseburger and is about 11.5 cm in diameter. The cheese topped with this (Gouda cheese, red cheddar cheese) is said to weigh about twice as much. The buns are made from a combination of rice and rice jiuqu, and are said to have a mellow aroma and a "fluffy, chewy" texture.
