Dom Dom x Asia University Collaboration Burger, a collaboration burger designed by current university students

. This is a collaboration with the third-year students of Professor Jun Yokokawa's seminar in charge of food business in the Department of Hospitality Management, Faculty of Business Administration, Asia University. The Asian taste menu was conceived by current university students with the keywords "deliciousness" and "Asian-ness" and was completed under the supervision of the Dom Dom Hamburger Product Development Department.


The "Gapao Burger with Hokkaido

Matilda

Fries" combines crispy, sizzling fried chicken with fragrant fresh basil and special Gapao sauce. A fried egg is also added to recreate a Thai home-style dish with a spicy, herb-scented flavor.

The accompanying french fries are made from "Matilda" brand potatoes produced in Hokkaido, and their moist and elegant sweetness goes well with the chili sauce. The price is 880 yen (tax included, same below).



Bulgogi Burger with Hokkaido Matilda

"Bulgogi Burger with Hokkaido Matilda Potatoes" is a classic Korean dish of beef filled with bulgogi, served with a fried egg in a tsukimi style. The beef is soaked in a sweet and spicy sauce, which is mixed with the fried egg and served on a rice-flour bun.

The accompanying french fries are made with "Matilda," a moist and refined sweet potato brand from Hokkaido, and served with gochujang (red pepper paste) sauce. The price is 880 yen.
