At each Lawson store, a bento box containing mackerel miso that can be eaten to the bone, "Big boiled fish bento (mackerel miso boiled)," was released on May 17th. The price is 590 yen (tax included).

This product uses mackerel processed by a special manufacturing method that can heat the bones softly. Norwegian mackerel, which is about 1.3 times larger than the company's conventional products, is seasoned with rice miso miso and made into "mackerel miso boiled".

We received a voice from a customer saying that "mackerel miso boiled is difficult to eat because it has bones", so we devised a way to eat the whole mackerel including the bones. Even children and seniors who are worried about the small bones of fish can eat with confidence.

Garnish with simmered hijiki seaweed, fried green pepper, and simmered vegetables.
