"Sauce cutlet bowl" and "pork kimchi bowl" with selectable sizes will be released on May 18 at "Restaurant Minami" on the up line of the Miyahara service area in Kumamoto prefecture.

Sauce cutlet bowl is a new menu of pork tenderloin wrapped in fine bread crumbs and fried cutlet with a crispy and light texture on rice. The cutlet is finished with a refreshing sauce. Rice is from Kumamoto prefecture.

There are 6 sizes to choose from. From the bottom, normal size, big size, double size, triple size, mega size, giga size. The normal size is 200g (7.05oz) of rice with 5 cutlets on it, and the price is 880 yen (tax included, same below). The maximum giga size is 10 times this. 50 pieces of cutlet are put on 2,000g (0oz) of rice, and the price is 6,600 yen.


On the other hand, the pork kimchi-don is made by stir-frying kimchi, pork, egg yolk, garlic chives, Korean paste, etc. in a special sauce and putting it on rice from Kumamoto. The special sauce uses a soup made by slowly cooking "Amakusa Daiou" from Kumamoto prefecture, which is said to be a "phantom brand chicken", over 6 hours, giving it a unique taste of pork kimchi. You can enjoy it.

There are also 6 sizes available, from normal size (total weight 450g (15.87oz) 880 yen) to giga size (4,500g (17.64oz) 6,600 yen).


For both sauce cutlet bowl and pork kimchi bowl, if you complete the mega size within 30 minutes and the giga size within 60 minutes, the price will be free, and those who have completed the giga size will be presented with a souvenir.

One month has passed since the Kumamoto earthquake on April 14. Lifelines have gradually been restored, but there are many stores with shutters down in arcade shopping streets and downtown areas.
