"Popular Meat Bar Bucchigiri Bar" opened "Kanda Store" in Kanda, Tokyo at 16:00 on May 12th.

The Bucchigiri Sakaba is a izakaya chain that has an atmosphere of "common Showa nostalgia" and "drinks quickly, deliciously, and cheaply." It is gaining popularity as a restaurant where you can easily enjoy sake and meat dishes.

The specialty menu is "Gaburi-yaki with bone" (790 yen), which is full of gravy. The pork loin with bone is baked in the oven as a lump, and the "original sauce" is used to bring out the flavor of the meat.

In addition, 100g (3.53oz) of "Half-pound steak in a bar" (890 yen), which is made by baking only the soft part of the short plate to medium rare, and "Brisket skirt", which is a rare part that can only take 500g (17.64oz) from one cow, are used luxuriously. There are many signboard menus such as "Beef rib skirt" (390 yen).

To commemorate the opening, draft beer will be served for 29 yen per cup if you come to the store by 18:00 for 8 days from May 12th to 19th, and 100 yen per cup after 18:00. In addition, the beef rib large skewer costs 29 yen per bottle throughout the day.

Furthermore, for the 7 days from May 20th to 26th, as the second opening commemoration, the famous bone-in gaburi-yaki will be offered at a 100 yen discount (790 yen → 690 yen).

The store is located on the 1st and 2nd floors of the Ogoshi Building, 1-7-19 Kajicho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. Business hours are Monday to Thursday, Saturday and Sunday from 16:00 to 24:00, and Friday and the day before public holidays from 16:00 to 29:00.
