"Popular Meat Bar Bucchigiri Bar" opened "Kanda Store" in Kanda, Tokyo at 16:00 on May 12th.

The Bucchigiri Sakaba is a izakaya chain that has an atmosphere of "common Showa nostalgia" and "drinks quickly, deliciously, and cheaply." It is gaining popularity as a restaurant where you can easily enjoy sake and meat dishes.

The specialty menu is "Gaburi-yaki with bone" (790 yen), which is full of gravy. The pork loin with bone is baked in the oven as a lump, and the "original sauce" is used to bring out the flavor of the meat.

In addition, 100g (3.53oz) of "Half-pound steak in a bar" (890 yen), which is made by baking only the soft part of the short plate to medium rare, and "Brisket skirt", which is a rare part that can only take 500g (17.64oz) from one cow, are used luxuriously.
