This product is an egg tart with a crispy puff pastry and plenty of rich custard cream. It was developed by Andrew W. Stowe, an Englishman at Road Stowe Bakery in Macau, and is very popular in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
The store is located on the 1st floor of Kobe Marui, 1-7-2 Sannomiya-cho, Chuo-ku, Kobe-shi, Hyogo. Sales hours are from 11:00 to 20:30 (10:30 to 20:00 on Sundays and public holidays).
