At the store currently open at Amu Plaza Nagasaki, the store's most popular "creme fondue" (1,728 yen including tax) is a melted creme patissière (custard cream) wrapped in a fluffy cheese soufflé, baked and caramelized on the surface, and a strawberry slice in a soufflé cheese cake with creme patissière. The "Strawberry Fondue" (2,160 yen), a limited time offer, is a soufflé cheesecake topped with strawberry slices.
