The salmon bowl is a seafood bowl with salmon fillets cut to a size that is easy to eat and natural salmon roe with a petit texture. The salmon is soaked in a special "pickled sauce" made from white soy sauce and dashi so that it has a refreshing taste without any habit. In addition, the rice is slightly mixed with sushi vinegar.
You can choose the attached "special soy sauce" and the wasabi from Azumino.
