From the long-established store "Tsujiri" in Uji, Kyoto, the first Valentine's limited chocolate collection is now available. It will be sold at department store events nationwide from late January.

The concept of the product is "A Uji tea master who knows all about tea goes to the city of Paris." Inspired by the many flavors that I encountered at a chocolate specialty store that I suddenly entered while walking through the streets of Paris, I heard that the delicious "Matcha Chocolat" was born, which is a fusion of Uji Matcha and Chocolat.

The lineup consists of the following 5 types.

● Marble Gateau Chocolate


Gateau chocolate that expresses the ridges of the tea plantation with matcha and chocolate noir marble patterns. It seems that it is baked moist and carefully at low temperature. If you cool it cold, you can enjoy the melting and rich roasting. The price is 2,484 yen (tax included, same below).

● Bonbon chocolate


Uji matcha that goes well with chocolate carefully selected by Tsujiri's tea master, and bonbon chocolate that combines ingredients that complement matcha. "Dark tea" with gold leaf, "Sansho" with a little Sansho, "Yuzu" with a slightly sour taste of Yuzu, "Praline sesame" with a crispy caramelize, "Apricot" with plenty of apricot juice, Mandarin juice Six kinds of "Mandarin" are packed together. All with alcohol.

● Ant truffle


A special truffle with a scent of Western liquor that combines Uji matcha, chocolate, and bean paste. There are two types: "Noir", which is a combination of matcha bean paste and white chocolate, and a filling with scented coantrow coated with sweet chocolate, and "Veil", which is a combination of koshian and sweet chocolate and a filling with scented lamb coated with matcha chocolate. It is packed. Both contain alcohol.

● Chocolat baton


Matcha baked chocolate that melts in your mouth is wrapped in rich chocolate and finished in a "baton type". Two types are packed: "Matcha Noisette", which is a combination of fragrant hazelnuts and sweet and sour cranberries with matcha, and "Chocolat Orange", which is a combination of candied orange that enhances the taste of matcha. 5 pieces, the price is 1,944 yen.

● Orangette


A refreshingly sour orange candied coated with rich matcha chocolate. You can enjoy two flavors, matcha and sweet chocolate. It contains 80g (2.82oz) and the price is 1,944 yen.
