From the long-established store "Tsujiri" in Uji, Kyoto, the first Valentine's limited chocolate collection is now available. It will be sold at department store events nationwide from late January.

The concept of the product is "A Uji tea master who knows all about tea goes to the city of Paris." Inspired by the many flavors that I encountered at a chocolate specialty store that I suddenly entered while walking through the streets of Paris, I heard that the delicious "Matcha Chocolat" was born, which is a fusion of Uji Matcha and Chocolat.

The lineup consists of the following 5 types.

Uji matcha that goes well with chocolate carefully selected by Tsujiri's tea master, and bonbon chocolate that combines ingredients that complement matcha. "Dark tea" with gold leaf, "Sansho" with a little Sansho, "Yuzu" with a slightly sour taste of Yuzu, "Praline sesame" with a crispy caramelize, "Apricot" with plenty of apricot juice, Mandarin juice Six kinds of "Mandarin" are packed together. There are two types: "Noir", which is a combination of matcha bean paste and white chocolate, and a filling with scented coantrow coated with sweet chocolate, and "Veil", which is a combination of koshian and sweet chocolate and a filling with scented lamb coated with matcha chocolate.
