The "Kyono Tea Terrine", which has been popular since it opened in April 2017, has been renewed. Tsuji Toshi's special Uji matcha and white chocolate are kneaded into a dough, and fruits and nuts such as yuzu, apricot, figs, and walnuts are added abundantly and baked slowly at low temperature.
