"Demi-glace Menchi-katsu Don" and "Demi-Tama Menchi-katsu Nabe Set Meal" will be on sale for a limited period of about one month from January 15th at each Tonkatsu specialty store "Katsuya".


Both menus use "Demi-glace Menchi-katsu", which is a combination of a delicious special demiglace sauce and a hearty Menchi-katsu.

The demiglace menchi-katsu bowl is served with plenty of demiglace sauce on the minced meat cutlet and on rice with cabbage. The price is 529 yen (tax included, same below).

On the other hand, the Demi-tama Menchi-katsu hot pot set meal is served as an iron pot, with the minced meat cutlet stewed in demiglace sauce and mellow eggs. You can enjoy the minced meat cutlet soaked in the sauce in a hot state. With rice and tonjiru, the price is 745 yen.
