"Seriously delicious" cakes will be released on November 30th at each Lawson store. There are three types of lineup: "strawberry shortcake," "cheesecake," and "chocolate cake." The price is 295 yen each (tax included).


Strawberry shortcake is finished by layering two types of sponge and cream. The bottom is a strawberry sponge. On top of that, a thick cream with a mouthfeel and a plain sponge are placed, and a cream with a soft and light texture is layered.

The cheesecake is made in two layers. The upper side is a rare cheese mousse with a fluffy but rich mouthfeel that contains fromage blanc from Normandy, France. The lower side is a baked cheesecake that is richly finished using Hokkaido cream cheese. Similarly, the two-layered chocolate cake is finished with smooth milk chocolate mousse on the upper side and bitter chocolate on the lower side, and Gianduja is added as an accent to the texture.
