The purpose of this event is to promote the rediscovery of the value of traditional Japanese food culture with the concept of "Let's remember the food culture of Japan with rice in the middle". As the title suggests, it's a rice festival! It will be held at Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse for 3 days from November 16th to 18th.
Visitors pay an admission fee of 1,000 yen (including side dishes and 400 yen meal tickets), select their favorite "rice" from about 10 types, and gather about 50 stores (planned) from all over the country. From the selected stores, you can choose "side dishes" that match the rice and enjoy it. In addition to "rice", I am also very interested in "side dishes"!
