The galettes offered at GALETTE STAND are made from buckwheat flour procured from a contract farmer in Shinshu (Iijima Town, Nagano Prefecture) and ground with a stone mill in the store. It is a galette machine imported directly from France, where galette is rooted as a national dish, and it is said that each piece is carefully baked by a skilled crepe craftsman. You can enjoy the crispy texture with the exquisite roasting.

Complet (ham, egg, Gruyere)
Yuittor (oysters, spinach, Gruyere)
Sunjack (scallops, simmered green onions in cream)
Quatre Fromage (Blue Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, Camembert, Gruyere, Honey)
