This mysteriously named store is located next to Tokyo Station Lines 5 and 6 and in a corner of the South Passage (South Exit of the Brand Museum) where gift shops are lined up.


The apple cinnamon galettes introduced this time are carefully baked one by one by kneading apple preserving (jam with a flesh-like texture) with cinnamon powder into a flavorful galette with salt from French Guérande.
