The application includes "Maisapo Academy," which provides 100 knowledge for lifestyle-related diseases, "Maisapo Recipes," which allows users to search for recipes to prevent lifestyle-related diseases, "Maisapo Exercise," which introduces exercise menus to prevent lifestyle-related diseases, and "Maisapo Life Log" for health management. The system is equipped with functions.

The nutritional information for the recipes in the application was calculated by
NHK Educational based on the Standard Tables of Food Composition in Japan 2010. In addition to the energy content, nutritional information such as "carbohydrate," "protein," "fat," "salt," "dietary fiber," and "cholesterol" is available for each recipe.
