"Croissant bread" is made by mixing whole grain flour and maison kaiser flour and adding margarine with fermented butter that goes well with it. It is said that this dough is folded in multiple layers to give it a moist and chewy texture.
The surface is sprinkled with white sesame seeds and "Guérande salt" with a mellow taste, taken from the salt fields of Guérande, Brittany, France.
You can enjoy the natural sweetness and saltiness!
In July, the "third product" using croissant dough will also be released.
