Acecook will release the third collaboration product "Kotoripp Okinawa bitter gourd and tofu soup" with the travel guidebook "Kotoripp" (Shobunsha Publications) on June 23rd. The estimated price is 150 yen (excluding tax).

"Kotoripp Okinawa bitter gourd and tofu soup" is a salty soup with the umami of pork bones and bonito. Using "Okinawa's seawater salt blue sea" made from 100% Okinawan seawater, it is said to have a light yet mellow and rich taste.

Kayaku contains bitter gourd, cabbage, meat shavings, eggs, tofu, and green onions. Spices such as pepper are added to the accent to tighten the taste.
