"Yonaguni Sea Salt and Pineapple" to be released this time is a flavor using "Yonaguni Sea Salt" made in Yonaguni Island, Okinawa. Milk is added to the sorbet made from pineapple juice to create a "creamy" texture. It is said that the sourness, slightly salty taste, and sweetness of the fruit spread in the mouth in order.

On the other hand, "salt caramel nuts" is a flavor using salt from Guérande in Brittany, France. The gelato, which is an egg base mixed with caramel charred in a hand pan, is salted with Guérande and topped with fragrant almonds. You can enjoy the taste of French baked goods "Florentine".
