The name of the shop is "CoCo Brown". It is less than 10 minutes on foot from Omotesando Station, in front of the west gate of Aoyama Gakuin University. On this day as well, several groups of customers who seemed to be students of Seigaku visited the store.

The interior has a calm atmosphere, with a natural and unobtrusive interior based on white, Hawaiian music played by the ukulele, and brightly blooming bougainvillea, all of which are truly tropical paradises! It's so comfortable that I'm going to stay longer.

The menu is lined with coconut dishes and drinks. The author of the first visit chose the orthodox original pancake "Coco Brown" (1,000 yen) and "Haupia & Pineapple" (1,400 yen) from French toast. I also ordered "Coconut Dragon Bowl" (650 yen) from the dessert menu.

After waiting for about 10 minutes, freshly baked pancakes were brought in ... This is big !! It's big enough volume and size to share with two people !!

Two large pancakes, about 10 cm in diameter, are paired with plenty of coconut cream.
The coconut cream that melts when you put it in your mouth is like a cloud. With its gentle natural sweetness and aroma, it goes well with low-sweetness pancakes. The dough is fine and moist! It was a perfect balance because it was simple. The taste is light, so you can eat as much as you want!

Then, the French toast "Haupia & Pineapple" was brought in. This ... this is also huge !!!

"Haupia" is a bavarois made from coconut milk. This toast with plenty of haupia is topped with bite-sized pineapple.
Rare elongated bread is used for toast. The outside is crispy and chewy, and the inside is well-soaked with egg liquid, making it moist and plump! It is so soft that you don't need teeth and melts softly.

Haupia has a fluffy and elastic texture, but it also has a chewy and mysterious texture! The slight sweetness of coconut milk is combined with the acidity of pineapple to create an exquisite taste. By the way, this is also a voluminous feeling that can be shared by 2 or 3 people .
And finally, the dessert menu "Coconut Dragon Bowl". This is enough for one person to eat, don't worry.

Yogurt is combined with dragon fruit puree and blueberry sauce, topped with banana, pineapple fruit and granola, and coconut. Let's mix the whole thing.
The sticky dragon fruit is fresh and has a strong presence with a tropical scent. The sourness of yogurt and blueberries gives it a simple and refreshing taste. The bubble wrap texture of dragon fruit and the crispy texture of granola are effective accents.

After eating all three dishes, I was completely fascinated by coconut. With a sweet and trailing tropical scent, you can feel a little ahead of the long-awaited summer. For those who want to try the hot coconut dishes, those who want to feel the summer ahead of their feet, and those who have no eyes on pancakes, please visit Coco Brown!
