"Peach Melba" is a dessert derived from the name of Australian-born soprano singer Nellie Melba (1861-1931). The chef of the hotel, who was staying for the London performance, expressed the famous scene of the opera starring Melba, "a scene dedicated to Aria, a knight who is run over by a swan in a small boat."
Peach Melba, which will be on sale at the Linz Chocolat Cafe this time, is made by layering almond biscuits, meringue, vanilla and milk chocolate ice cream, white peach with framboise sauce, and yellow peach syrup in order from the bottom. Decorated with framboise nuts and sauces, hazelnut crustyan, and creme chantilly.
It is topped with pistachio, crepe cookies, and Linz logo chocolate, and it is said that it has a "gorgeous" finish that allows you to enjoy various textures and tastes in multiple layers.
