The Linz Strawberry Marshmallow Hot Chocolate Drink will be available from January 10th to February 15th at the Linz Chocolat Cafe (finished as soon as it runs out). The price is 669 yen (tax included).

Hot chocolate that can be selected from rich "dark" and mellow "milk", strawberry marshmallow decorated with freeze-dried strawberry, topped with strawberry sauce and chocolate copo. The lovely pink color is eye-catching and is perfect for Valentine's Day.


Strawberry marshmallow, which is made by condensing strawberry juice without using spices, is characterized by its fruity taste. You can enjoy the "fluffy texture" that melts slowly with the warmth of hot chocolate. The sweet and sour strawberry is said to enhance the richness and aroma of cacao.

At the Ginza store, a slightly larger strawberry marshmallow is placed and served in a glass mug. The price is 1,234 yen (tax included).
