The event "Sweets Marathon" for "enjoying sweets and marathon at the same time" will be held on November 30th at Inage Seaside Park in Chiba Prefecture. Currently, we are accepting applications for participation on the official website.


The sweets marathon is a "sweets supply place" prepared on a lap course of about 2 km per lap, where you can enjoy sweets and drinks during the marathon. By March of this year, a total of 18 times were held at 11 venues in 9 prefectures nationwide, with a total of more than 68,000 people participating. Participation fee is 5,500 yen for general (high school students and above) and 4,000 yen for junior high school students and below, both including tax.


There are 250 kinds of sweets lined up at the sweets shop, and you can eat as much as you like each time you run the course. It is not possible to bring back the sweets from the sweets shop, but participants will be given a "participation prize sweets" in collaboration with the sweets shop along with a towel with the logo.

In addition, the "Sweets Product Exhibition" will be held at the same time at the main venue. Many famous local stores and sweets shops from outside the prefecture are scheduled to open. It is said that non-runners can buy souvenir sweets for free.
