"Water jelly" is a transparent jelly that uses mellow natural water from Hokkaido and plays the leading role in water. The "new sensation" sweets that became a hot topic when they were first released as summer-only sweets in June 2013.
It has a clear flavor that makes you feel as if you are eating water as it is, and a texture that melts with "purun". If you chill it and eat it, it will have a slight sweetness and acidity. When you eat it with citrus sauce, you can enjoy the refreshing taste of jelly with the citrus aroma and sweet and sour taste.
There are four flavors of citrus sauce: orange, grapefruit, shikuwasa, and lemon.
A 4-piece box (1,080 yen) and a 6-piece box (1,620 yen) containing all four types of citrus sauce will also be on sale at the same time.
