At Hotel Nikko Tokyo, the season opening of the terrace "ablaze" where you can enjoy barbecue "empty" started on April 1st. The opening period is until October 31st.

Ablaze is a barbecue terrace that offers "Australian barbecue" under the supervision of Hotel Nikko Tokyo Cooking Advisor Takayoshi Kawai. There are terrace seats overlooking Tokyo Bay, and you can also see the Rainbow Bridge and Tokyo Tower.

This year's menu options include the "STAMINA plate" (2,000 yen), which has twice as much meat as the regular menu, such as beef loin, beef rump, and black pork loin, as well as Japanese beef loin, king crab, and bones. A "PREMIUM plate" (3,000 yen) that incorporates carefully selected ingredients such as lamb is also available.

Lunch fee is 4,000 on weekdays and 4,500 yen on holidays. The dinner fee is 5,500 yen on weekdays and 6,000 yen on holidays. All-you-can-drink for 2 hours is 2,500 yen.
