"Zenibako BBQ", a restaurant where you can enjoy "North Sea food" by charcoal grilling, will open in Ginza, Tokyo on September 26th.

"Zenibako" is a lively small port town facing Ishikari Bay and connecting Sapporo and Otaru. It has prospered in the fishing industry since ancient times, and the local "Zenibako Beach" is said to have been a popular place to enjoy seafood barbecue. In connection with this, the concept of the store is "Enjoy the finest ingredients of the North Sea in the style of charcoal-grilled barbecue reminiscent of" Zenibako Beach "while staying in Ginza."


The signature menu is a barbecue of "luxury North Sea seafood ingredients" that customers bake on their own charcoal-grilled table. Ingredients include "oysters" (350 yen) and "scallops" (650 yen), "extra-large scallops" (1,200 yen / as soon as they arrive), which are said to be difficult to obtain, and the laid-back sweet "King of crabs" and "North Sea king crab". "Crab" (4,500 yen), greasy "true scallop" (1,850 yen), "luxury fish" and "kinki opening" (4,500 yen) are available.


There is also "Genghis Khan", which is popular as a Hokkaido gourmet. The lineup includes thickly sliced "special lamb shoulder loin" (1,200 yen) and oversized "lamb chop" (1,150 yen).


The drink menu includes beers such as "Asahi Super Dry Extra Cold" (600 yen), highball "JD with BBQ" (600 yen each) where pineapples and apples are grilled on a charcoal stand and put into a glass, and Hokkaido. "Soft Katsugen Sour" and "Northern Hascup Sour" (starting at 480 yen) using regional limited products will also be offered.


In addition, on September 26th and 27th, which are the opening days, a "half price sale for all products" will be held for two days only. All food and drink menus will be half price. Implementation time is from 17:00 to 24:00 each day.

The store is located on the 1st and 2nd floors of the Nishidobashi Building, 8-3 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo. Business hours are from 15:00 to 4:00 the next day (17:00 to 24:00 only on September 26th and 27th).
