"Shrimp conger eel tempura" is a tempura made from live conger eel tempura. Deep-fried conger eel with a crispy texture is served with shrimp, glue, sweet pepper, pumpkin tempura, and fried clams and pickled ginger. The price starts from 790 yen.

On the other hand, "Fumoto Akatori Tendon" is a tendon made from the brand chicken "Fumoto Akatori" raised in Satoyama, Saga Prefecture. Toriten of "Fumoto Akatori" soaked in soy sauce and ginger-flavored "special sauce" is combined with red chicken meatballs with sardines, lotus root, tempura of green beans, and soft-boiled eggs. The price starts from 690 yen.
