Speaking of Shibuya, "Hachiko Memorial Statue". The dog statue installed in front of Shibuya Station is a symbol of Shibuya that also serves as a landmark for meetings. Shine like bronze!
Shine like bronze!

This "Hachiko chocolate" was produced by Tetsuya Asato, a pastry chef at The Capitol Hotel Tokyu (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo). The point is that "the whole body is made of chocolate, so you can eat it all." It seems that a total of 60 kg of chocolate is used.

The surface is said to have a metallic luster by applying cacao butter and polishing it with ice water. It shines like bronze and doesn't look like chocolate. It's only when I get closer and feel the sweet scent that I remember it was chocolate.

This "Hachiko Choco" is on the 8th floor of Shibuya Hikarie (until February 8th), Tokyu Hands Shibuya store (February 9th to 11th), and Tokyu Plaza Shibuya 1st floor (February 12th to February 14th). ) Will be exhibited one after another. The statue of Hachiko, which is chocolate but glitters, is worth a look!
