The new work, Yukidoke Strawberry, is a homemade glutinous dough wrapped in gyuhi, strawberry bean paste, and a whole strawberry and baked. By creating a gap of about 1 cm between the dough and the ingredients, it is said that the mouthfeel is fluffy. The price is 220 yen.


At the Strawberry Fair, you can also enjoy products using various strawberries harvested in Hyogo prefecture, such as "Hyogo Strawberry Milk France" (220 yen).
