This product is a cookie with a low calorie of 88 kcal per bag by using the low-calorie sweetener "Marby" instead of sugar. In addition, because it contains "defatted soybean fiber" that swells when it absorbs water, it is easy to get a feeling of fullness when eating it with a drink.
