May is "National Burger Month". It's been a month for many Americans to use this as an excuse to eat more burgers than usual.

For this reason, many new hamburger menus were announced this month in the United States. One of the most talked about is the "Chocolate Double Double Animal" that appeared at the restaurant "LA MARKET" in Los Angeles, USA. This is a rare dessert burger in the United States.

"Chocolate Double Double Animal" is a dessert hamburger made by the chef Kerry Simon, who looks like a normal hamburger at first glance. But the buns are made of macaroons at the top, brioche at the bottom, and chocolate mousse for the patties.

Fruit is topped on the chocolate mousse patty, which is likened to a hamburger topping. For example, strawberries are arranged to look like tomatoes in a hamburger, and mint leaves are arranged to look like lettuce. In a normal hamburger, the fried "pie dough" is placed at the position where the french fries are placed.

Dessert burgers are available from May 10th to the end of May. The dessert burger has been highly acclaimed since its launch, and it is possible that it will be offered at other stores in the future.
