Pavlova Raspberry & Almond [supervised by Tangentes], Pavlova Sundae Raspberry & Almond [supervised by Tangentes], Ginger Molasses Cookie, Meat Pie, Waffle Plate Rum Raisin [supervised by Tangentes], Brunch Plate Farm Salad Pumpkin Hummus & Grilled Vegetables with Soy Cream Sauce [supervised by Mou Soejima]" and "Brunch Plate Roasted Vegetables with Tahini Sauce [supervised by Mou Soejima]" will be available from September 15.

Pavlova Raspberry & Almond [supervised by Tangentes]" is the fall edition of the "Pavlova" menu, which uses different flavors of ingredients for each season. The bright colors of the berries are considered an eye-catching dish. Marinated raspberries and redcurrants are placed on whipped cream and meringue. It is said that the simple taste of the berries, rich cream, and crispy meringue can be enjoyed. The topping of roasted almond slices is said to add a savory flavor that makes it hard to stop eating one more bite. Ginger Molasses Cookies have a deep flavor reminiscent of gingerbread cake, and are considered a perfect autumn treat. It will be available as a pairing set that can be enjoyed with coffee. Based on the original recipe from when Blue Bottle Coffee was founded, cardamom and other spices, sugarcane-derived molasses syrup, brown sugar, and fresh ginger are used to balance the fresh aroma and tangy flavor unique to ginger. The soft texture and moist chewy texture are enjoyable and go well with espresso drinks such as lattes.

The coffee set comes with a choice of espresso drinks made with Blue Bottle Coffee's popular "Hayes Valley Espresso" blend. At Kiyosumi-Shirakawa Flagship Cafe, you can choose from espresso drinks made with "Single Origin Espresso. Cookies are also available as a stand-alone item.

However, they will not be sold at HUMAN MADE 1928 Cafe by Blue Bottle Coffee and HUMAN MADE Cafe by Blue Bottle Coffee.

Meat Pie" is the fall flavor of the pie menu. This time, the filling is based on pulled pork and white beans. The filling is made with pulled pork and white beans, accented with handmade granola, perfect for breakfast, and pecan nuts, a familiar ingredient in Blondie baked goods, and hand-wrapped in pie crust and baked. The pies are warmed in the oven at the café upon order and are crispy and hot to the touch. It is made with a refreshing yet sweet herb called fennel seed, and is said to go well with fruity coffee.
