Kuroichigo" is the common name for "Crimson Misuzu," a strawberry characterized by its deep red color and strong sweetness. There are only three producers of this strawberry, making it very rare.

The tart for sale this time uses plenty of "Kuroichigo" strawberries. The strawberry-flavored custard cream with homemade "Kuroichigo" jam is topped with "Kuroichigo" berries all over, creating a product with a rich sweetness and aroma that fills the mouth.
