Crush the matsutake mushrooms with beef tongue! Luxury limited-time menu "Matsutake beef tongue roll" on GYU-KAKU

At each yakiniku chain "GYU-KAKU" store, a limited-time menu "Matsutake beef tongue roll" will be on sale from September 16th in a limited quantity under the theme of "Autumn scented GYU-KAKU". The price is 980 yen per plate (excluding tax).

Wrap the taste of autumn with beef tongue and enjoy it

This is a menu of seasonal matsutake mushrooms, which are said to be the "king of the taste of autumn," wrapped in beef tongue. First, roast the matsutake mushrooms to bring out the mellow scent, then bake the beef tongue to make the texture stand out, and finally wrap the matsutake mushrooms in the beef tongue to make it more delicious.

The menu will be on sale until November 5th. However, depending on the harvest status and quality of matsutake mushrooms, the end time may be earlier than planned.
